CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of their scheduled service to the credit card on file. Missed appointments with no notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of their scheduled service to the credit card on file. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to respect the next guest’s time. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a respectful, healing space for everyone. Hair Extensions Policy: Once you purchase your Babe Hair Extensions, you may have them installed at any time. We will store your extensions for up to one year from the date of purchase. After one year, ownership of the hair is void and it will be discarded. You are welcome to take your Babe Hair Extensions to another salon for installation. However, once the hair leaves our salon, we do not accept reinstallations, as we cannot guarantee the integrity or condition of the hair if it has been removed or altered outside of our care. All extension methods may be reinstalled up to three times with proper care, with the exception of Fusion (K-Tip) extensions, which can only be reinstalled once. This policy is in place to protect the health of your natural hair and ensure the best possible results from your extension services.
